Most software companies launch broad and shallow. We do the opposite: pick the operator job that actually costs teams sleep, live inside it until the tool earns trust during a real incident, and only then look at the next one. That discipline is the whole strategy — not a slogan for a pitch deck.

Concord — the day-2 cockpit for Patroni PostgreSQL
Database teams running Patroni still plan switchovers from terminals, wiki checklists, and dashboards that only watch. Concord turns that into one place to see the estate, decide with live evidence, execute behind guardrails, and leave a record — so nobody reaches for curl under pressure.

Where we're going
Wedge, then platform, then suite. Patroni Safe Ops on the Mac shipped first. A multi-connect cockpit spanning SSH and Kubernetes came next. Cracker — the same cockpit discipline aimed at NATS estates — is next, in design and not shipped. Anything past that stays honest: not promised on a date, and not claimed until it actually ships.
Compliance, without the theatre
For Russian customers, we plan RF-hosted personal data under 152-FZ and we do not claim certification we have not earned under FSTEC Order No. 1119. We would rather tell you exactly where we stand than paper over it with a badge.
